"I’ve had State Farm for several years and I can wholeheartedly say that this location and agents are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. In a moment’s notice, they are there to help and figure things out with you. I’ve had to contact the office seeking help in trying to figure a few things out here and there throughout the years and they without hesitation, have been there for me truly. "In my 15 years of dealing with different insurance providers, this Agency has gave me the best experience in every way possible! You also get one of the best (if not the best) price quotes available in the market! I was blessed enough to be referred to them by my parents and I would love to spread the word to the word on how this agency will take care of you! This review is after being with them for 1 year. First of all, it's a family owned and managed business by the most sweetest, Caring and honorable people, Sandra and her Husband Jorge. Their communication is impecable. You are treated like family, not a customer. They keep you up to date with everything from payment reminders to discounts, etc. Also, it was so easy to get started up and insured all in the same day! No hidden broker fees EVER. Additionally, I've had financial hardships where I was a risk of losing my policy for missing 2 payments, and Sandra and Jorge always made sure I was able to get reinstated with the minimum back payment. With other providers, you get canceled and can't even get insured with them again because you get sent to collections. It's Just incredible the way Sandra Garcias Agency works. I'm not even exaggerating but to make things better, Now that I'm a year in renewing my policy, I received another discount for my premium on all my vehicles without even requesting it. I'm just Amazed and couldn't be any happier with my experience. Thank you dearly Sandra Garcia and Jorge! Looking forward for a lifetime relationship."
